This volume brings together the abstracts presented at the XX Iberian International Business Conference (IIBC), held in Gijón, Spain, from October 2 to 4 and hosted by the University of Oviedo. Under the theme International Business for a Better Future: Driving Progress towards 2030, the conference examined the role of international business in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, with particular emphasis on the use of digital technologies to promote responsible growth. The event addressed topics such as sustainability, innovation, ethics, artificial intelligence, climate action, sustainable finance, and diversity, alongside traditional areas of international business. The contributions reflect a rigorous and collaborative academic environment and aim to inspire future research towards a more sustainable and equitable global future.
