Book of abstractsCañadas Pérez, Fernando; Carmona Lorente, Isabel; Fernández Estévez, María de los Ángeles; García Pérez, Ángel; Noguera Cuenca, Carmen; Olmedo Córdoba, Manuela; Rodríguez Herrera, Rocío; Sánchez Kuhn, Ana; Sánchez Tudela, Maravillas; Ortells Rodríguez, Juan JoséThe Spanish Society of Experimental Psychology (SEPEX) was born from an agreement of 16 pioneering researchers from different Spanish universities, gathered in the University of Almería on July 1st, 1997, for its foundation. In that first meeting, the first statutes of SEPEX were drafted and the first Board of Directors was elected, whose composition partially changes every 2 years. The objectives of the Society are to promote the development of scientific knowledge in all fields of Psychology; promote research and the dissemination of its results among researchers and promote the relationship with national and international homologous societies and organizations; organize and promote scientific meetings; periodically inform members of the Society about activities related to Experimental Psychology. From its foundations in 1997, SEPEX has grown to more than 400 members and has become the referent in the field for the exchange of scientific research in Spain. From the first SEPEX Conference held in Granada in 1998 to the last one held in Almería in 2022, the Society has promoted the holding (on a biannual basis) of fourteen consecutive editions. All of them included plenary conferences given by Spanish and foreign researchers of recognized international prestige. The XIV SEPEX Conference at the University of Almería has featured 125 Oral Communications, including 9 Thematic Sessions, 113 written communications (Posters), one Emerging Researcher Award Lecture given by Dr. Garikoitz Lerma-Usabiaga (Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language), and three plenary talks. The Pio Tudela lecture given by Professor Nuria Sebastián (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona), and the keynote lectures given by Professor Kimberly Noble (Columbia University, New York, USA) and Professor Michael Anderson (University of Cambridge, UK). This XIV meeting has also included a special symposium to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the foundation of SEPEX. In this symposium, 7 of the founding researchers have illustrated their beginnings in the field of psychological research, a good reflection of the conditions in which research was carried out in our country at that time. Through the presentation of their experimental work, they tried to explain the questions of interest in their respective fields of study, the resources and equipment they had at their disposal, and the various vicissitudes that usually accompanied research work at that time. Otros objetivos fueron: a) elaborar una guía que especifique los 10 pasos que hay que seguir para diseñar una píldora educativa con el Programa Movavi Video Editor Plus 2022; b) elaborar Píldoras Educativas e implementarlas en varias asignaturas impartidas en la Universidad de León y en la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, y c) crear la plataforma digital ULE.COMP en YouTube, Instagram y Facebook para difundir temas científicos. En un primer momento, nos formamos en la metodología utilizada para la creación del contenido de las píldoras, para ello realizamos cursos y estudiamos lo publicado hasta el momento. Además, organizamos junto a la Escuela de Formación un curso impartido por el profesor Javier Miró sobre edición de vídeos para dominar este recurso necesario para editar las píldoras una vez grabadas en video. En un tercer momento se grabaron las píldoras y se editaron en Movavi para dejar la presentación idónea que se ajustara a formato y tiempo. Por último, se crearon tres dominios en tres sitios webs para alojar allí las píldoras elaboradas. Los resultados fueron: la creación de varias píldoras educativas, en un primer momento alojadas en Moodle y posteriormente en los sitios web previstos en los objetivos; la creación de los 10 pasos significativos para el dominio del programa Movavi de edición de vídeos y por fin el alojamiento en los sitios webs. Como conclusión final podemos aportar una mejora cualitativa en nuestra forma de impartir las clases ya que hemos incorporado los últimos progresos tecnológicos tales como son los sitios webs que están al alcance de toda la humanidad. Y también la satisfacción de haber superado el reto planteado.
